Welcome to CashLounge. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our casino platform, and all related services. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use CashLounge, you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We only allow one pending withdrawal at a time, and one withdrawal request per 24 hours per payment method. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours after successful KYC verification, handled Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 (GMT+1); in some cases, we may hold a withdrawal for up to 14 business days to complete additional account or game-session checks.

• We apply withdrawal limits of €1,000 per transaction, €1,000 per 24 hours, €5,000 per week, and €20,000 per month at entry VIP level, with higher limits unlocked at senior VIP tiers.
• We pay wins above €15,000 in monthly instalments of up to €15,000, except progressive jackpots, which we pay in full.
• We cap the maximum win per customer per day at €100,000.
• We process crypto and e-wallet cash-outs within 24 hours, while cards and bank transfers may take 2-5 business days.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Our cashlounge bonus offers, including our welcome package, are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. Our current welcome package offers up to 525% and 350 free spins across your first three deposits, split into a Platinum tier from €20 and a Diamond tier from €75. Every cashlounge casino bonus must be wagered within 10 days of activation, and the maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is €5 (or currency equivalent).

We do not currently run a cashlounge no deposit bonus as a standing offer, though limited-time cash lounge no deposit bonus promotions may be announced with their own specific terms, including a maximum withdrawal cap and capped free spin winnings. Any cashlounge free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same maximum cash-out multiplier disclosed at the time of the offer.

If we issue a cashlounge promo code or cashlounge bonus code for a specific campaign, that code must be entered at the time of deposit and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time, and deposit bonuses are not cumulative. Slot games generally count 100% towards wagering requirements, while table games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps, and select other titles contribute 0% or a reduced percentage, as specified in our current bonus terms. Our cashlounge live casino games cannot be played while a bonus is active, and games from certain providers are excluded from bonus play entirely. Submitting a withdrawal request while a bonus is active will result in the cancellation of any unused bonus funds.
